Taddese Zerfu and Tirsit Genye organized a workshop to build capacity and foster collaboration between Regional Public Health Institutes (RPHI) and universities in Ethiopia, strengthening the country’s nutrition policy and research initiatives. It was designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of professionals in nutrition policy and research. Key topics included an overview of the National Information Platform for Nutrition (NiPN) and the Policy Question Formulation (PQF) process, evidence communication and synthesis, scientific writing, and gender considerations in nutrition research.
