It is with great sorrow that we learned of the passing of H.E. Prof. Beyene Petros, Director General of Policy Studies Institute (PSI). International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) would like to extend its deepest condolences to the entire team of PSI and his family.
Prof. Beyene had played a significant role in strengthening the partnership between PSI and IFPRI’s Ethiopia Strategy Support Program (ESSP). He will be remembered for his professionalism, integrity, responsiveness, and respectfulness. His legacy will continue to inspire us.
