This consultancy is part of a broader project in which IFPRI is collaborating with World Vision and the SPIR (Strengthen PSNP Institutions and Resilience) II consortium to lead the learning agenda around the effects of SPIR II programming for a large population of rural Ethiopian households. SPIR II provides additional programming around nutrition, livelihoods and natural resource management for households that participate in the the Productive Safety Net Program (PSNP) and thus are around the poorest 10% of households in rural Ethiopia.
