As part of ESSP’s ongoing commitment to training, a 4-day GIS training course was delivered in March 2015 at Wondo Genet College of Forestry and Natural Resources, part of Hawassa University. 11 lecturers, 1 MSc and 4 PhD students participated in the training. The dean of the college, Dr. Girma Mengesha, was grateful for the support provided to his staff and wished for further collaboration to continue.
