"From Famine to Food Security -- Meeting the Challenge in the Horn of Africa"
August 11, 2011, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton spoke at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), Headquarters, Washington D.C., on the humanitarian crisis in the Horn of Africa. Secretary Clinton discussed the ongoing international humanitarian response, as well as how the crisis in the Horn of Africa shows the urgency of investing in sustained food security.
